Since two days I feel sick. I’m coughing a lot, my throat hurts and I have a fever. I stayed in bed for a while during the day, but it became boring and I didn’t really have the feeling that it helped. So I went into the sauna. I thought I’d feel better after sweating a lot, because I’ve heard that sweating out the sickness is recommended sometimes. How wrong was I! After half an hour in the hot, humid air I felt even worse than before! That’s a good lesson: no more sauna when I feel sick. I guess I just need to give it some time.
